Santa Cruz Biotechnology's secondary antibodies are available conjugated to either an enzyme, biotin or fluorophore for use in a variety of antibody-based applications including Western Blot, immunostaining, flow cytometry and ELISA. We offer horseradish peroxidase (HRP) and alkaline phosphatase (AP) conjugated isotype-specific secondary antibodies for detection of mouse IgG1,IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG3, IgM and IgA in Western Blot and ELISA. Pre-adsorbed HRP and AP conjugated isotype-specific secondary antibodies are also available and are recommended for use with immunoglobulin-rich samples.
