Santa Cruz Biotechnology, Inc. now offers over 3,375 human and 3,210 mouse transfected lysates for Western blot antibody evaluation. Transfected lysates offer a reliable means to evaluate antibody quality and serve as an excellent positive control for experiments involving antibodies. We believe that our total of over 6,500 well characterized, transfection-designed lysates represent the most extensive offering available to date from any source. All lysates are validated for expression of the correct protein by Western Blot analysis. Appropriate control antibodies for protein expression verification are provided, both on our web site and on lysate product data sheets.
